CRACKER CRUMB PIE SHELL // With vegan butter, for your pies or cheesecakes.

YIELD: 1 X 9-Inch Pie Shell
 TIME: 15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 3/4 cup of our Cracker Crumbs (coming soon)
6 Tbs. of Le Pâtissier butter

METHOD

Mix all ingredients well by hand. The warmth of your hands will soften and temper the butter into the cracker crumbs.
Press well into a pie plate of your choice. Cover and freeze or refrigerate until ready to use. If the recipe calls for a prebaked pie-crust, bake at 370F for 12 minutes before filling.
Variations:
For a spice crust, add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg.
