Aged macadamia milk cheese with a cumin and black sesame ash line. Just like wine, the aging period at controlled temperature and humidity, the Nori Cendré cheese releases flavour compounds that impart unique notes to the cheese. Made using our proprietary macadamia milk and blend of cultures adapted to plants.

Semi-soft. Low moisture. 38% M.F.
