Restocked in Québec City, Chloé Robi’s Vegan Cookies & Nana Bread Return to La Carotte Joyeuse

We’re thrilled to share that our vegan, gluten-free, and organic creations including our signature cookies and Nana Bread are now restocked in Québec City, at La Carotte Joyeuse Épicerie Santé, right in the heart of the city.

At Chloé Robi, everything we bake begins with intention — a balance of nourishment, flavor, and design. Whether it’s a cookie or a slice of banana bread, our goal is the same: to make something that feels good, tastes incredible, and reflects integrity at every level.

The Peanut Peanut: indulgence, redefined

Meet the cookie designed like a meal, satisfying, balanced, and made from real food.

  • 11 g of plant-based protein per cookie, from whole, nutrient-dense ingredients

  • Smooth, 100% real peanut butter

  • Generously studded with roasted peanuts, for that deep, nutty crunch

  • Lightly sweetened with Canadian maple syrup, just enough to reveal each layer of flavor

  • Crafted with organic, fair-trade chocolate, because pleasure should always align with ethics

  • Free from refined flours and unnecessary additives — only what belongs in a real kitchen

It’s more than a cookie, it’s an edible philosophy of balance and integrity.

The Nana Bread: simplicity done right

Our Nana Bread (banana bread) is a quiet favorite, soft, ultra tender, and naturally sweet. Made from ripe organic bananas and clean ingredients, it’s the kind of comfort food that satisfies without compromise. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon coffee, or a wholesome dessert.

A local icon: La Carotte Joyeuse Épicerie Santé

La Carotte Joyeuse isn’t just another organic market, it’s a piece of Québec City’s history. Founded in 1974 under the name CRAC Aliments Sains, it began as a consumer cooperative before evolving into the beloved natural food store it is today.

In 1993, its produce section affectionately named La Carotte Joyeuse, became a local landmark. By 2005, the entire store adopted that name and earned Ecocert organic certification, becoming a true pioneer in Québec’s natural food movement.

Today, La Carotte Joyeuse proudly offers 100% certified organic produce, a thoughtful selection of bulk, vegan, and gluten-free options, and a strong commitment to supporting local producers.

It’s a place that shares our values, craftsmanship, sustainability, and real food made with care. Having our cookies and Nana Bread on their shelves feels like coming home to kindred spirits.

Honest ingredients. Real pleasure. Montréal roots now in Québec City.

The Chloé Robi Cookies and Nana Bread reflect what we stand for: desserts that nourish as much as they delight. Now available at La Carotte Joyeuse, Québec City’s oldest and most iconic natural food store.
