We love it at room temperature, for ultimate moistness. For a treat, toast it in a regular toaster (watch out to not let it crumble, flat is better), and add some almond or peanut butter on top! However, our 'Nana Bread is made and packaged on our own tables, equipment that never handles gluten containing ingredients. Our 'Nana Bread is made with 100% certified gluten-free ingredients only. We also use absolutely no dairy or eggs in our 'Nana Bread. Our facility does handle tree nuts, sesame and peanuts.
